About us

Trausteknik began in 2016 after our founder, Henry Poyntz, saw an opportunity to build a business based upon three key strengths: effective communication and collaboration, business process improvement, and strategic use of leading cloud technologies.

The Name

Trausteknik is the combination of the Icelandic word "Traust" meaning "Trust", and Swedish word "Teknik" meaning "Engineering".

Since the inception of Trausteknik we have grown rapidly as the Trusted Business Partner for organisations of all shapes and sizes.

Over time we have differentiated ourselves from the competition through an in-depth understanding of marketing, sales, finance and supply chain.

Our rapid growth has been fuelled largely by word of mouth from our passionate customers who have seen the difference we have made in their businesses.

Trausteknik’s Head Office is based in Sydney, Australia. Our technical support team specialises in Salesforce CRM Support, Salesforce Integrations, Web Development, and Pardot Marketing Services.

What we don't do

There are certain things we don’t do. We won’t ever assume that our tech and marketing jargon is familiar to you. We speak in plain terms and make sure that we are always on the same page.

We don’t claim to know more than we do or to be able to take on everything. This means being upfront with you at all times around our capabilities and knowledge. We prefer working with organisations that are open to new ideas and willing to innovate.

When we first meet you we will talk openly about your needs, look for competitive opportunities and understand current pain points. If there is something we can do to help this is usually uncovered quickly, otherwise we will try to help you find alternate ways forward, even if this isn’t in a direct partnership with us.
