Marketing Automation Specialist

Location: Australia / New Zealand (Virtual)

SUMMARY OF POSITION PURPOSE


We are looking for a marketing automation specialist to join our growing digital team. We require an experienced marketing automation specialist who can partner with our team, clients, and digital producers to manage communications workflow and help build cutting edge automated campaigns. 


You will work closely with the different clients to collect, scope, and plan any requirements to harness and improve their customer experience, leveraging the Salesforce and marketing tools like Pardot or Marketing Cloud primarily but considering any other systems in place along the journey from Lead-to-cash process.  


This role includes defining processes and features, ultimately dealing with project managers, client’s marketing team & developers to deliver the proposed solution, coordinating training, and run with the operational support of the tool along with user adoption where need it.


You will have a collaborative test and learn style and be able to work with multiple stakeholders on multiple projects at any time. You will be forward thinking and keep up with channel improvements to bring their best digital communication solutions together.


RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES


• Ensuring best practice campaign design, build, QA & execution on time and as per campaign brief.

• Providing guidance / consulting on improvements that can be made to campaigns both new & existing.

• Socialising new technical capability available to marketing, through suggested applications to campaigns that will drive higher incremental results.

• Experience using Enterprise Marketing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Pardot

• Strong understanding of Customer Lifecycle Frameworks and designing always-on trigger campaigns as well as ad-hoc tactical campaigns

• Building forms, workflows and email and templates with Pardot.

• Provide support and training to end users over Teams, phone, email, face to face

• Ensure readiness for January 2022 Salesforce/Pardot release

• Experience with HTML/Forms creation development and developing customer journeys

• Leverage Pardot or Marketing Cloud platform to build automated workflows that help improve the customer satisfaction and response rates through relevant, connected experiences aligned to pre-defined customer journey

• Provide strategic inputs to marketing managers to enhance marketing throughput by leveraging marketing automation capabilities

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Salesforce administration experience (desired)

• Pardot certification preferred

• Marketing Cloud certification (desired)

• Delivery of mass marketing automation campaigns

• Familiarity with HTML,CSL. 

• Proven ability to scope and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption

• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to understand customer journeys or engagement studio, including the limitations and focusing on out of the box solutions

• Strong understanding of Pardot best practices

• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and outstanding communication skills

• Strong time management and organizational skills are required
